Data collection occurs when you use the contact form on our website, book a conversation, or submit your name and email address to access our Leadership Snapshots.
Leadership Snapshots
When you choose to access our Leadership Snapshots, we collect your name and email address. We use this information to provide access to the Snapshots and to understand engagement with this service.
Your individual answers and Snapshot results are not stored by Google Analytics or linked to your name or email address through our analytics.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and engage with our Leadership Snapshots. This may include information such as pages visited and aggregate interactions, including whether a Leadership Snapshot was started or completed and whether a booking link was selected.
We do not send names, email addresses, individual Snapshot answers or Snapshot results to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. Analytics tracking is subject to the cookie preferences selected by visitors to our website.
Our Leadership Snapshots also use local browser storage to remember whether a Snapshot has already been completed on a particular browser or device. This is used to prevent repeated completion of the same Snapshot.

Google Analytics - We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and engage with our Leadership Snapshots. Google processes analytics information in accordance with its applicable privacy and data processing terms. We do not send names, email addresses, individual Snapshot answers or Snapshot results to Google Analytics.
How long we keep information
Enquiry data is retained for 12 months from the date of initial contact.
Where an ongoing coaching relationship has been established, this data will be retained for the duration of this relationship, and for a reasonable period thereafter, in accordance with professional and legal obligations.

Name and email information submitted to access our Leadership Snapshots will be retained for up to 12 months, unless an ongoing client relationship is established or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Analytics information is retained in accordance with the retention settings applied within Google Analytics.
